Safe in Uganda

Many have heard about the fighting that started in Juba on Sunday. Praise God, we've all been in Kampala, Uganda since November 29th. Scott was supposed to take a trip to S Sdn on Dec 17th but had to cancel his flight. We are glad we were ALL here in Uganda when the fighting started. Scott is still planning a trip up right after Christmas if it is safe. We had planned to move on January 13th. We don't know yet how all this will affect us.

Solomon turned 6 on Thanksgiving Day!

We had all been really sick for 2 days before Solomon's birthday/Thanksgiving. So we just laid around and tried to take it easy. I did muster up enough strength to make some cupcakes!  

The day after Thanksgiving we moved from Entebbe to Kampala. We will be there for about a month before heading to S Sdn.
